Tubing Cut To Length
-Supported Shear Tube CuttingOur supported shear cutting system cuts 1-3" od round tubing with walls to .160". Cut lengths from .1" to 10' accuracy to +/- .005". Our machine is of a unique design and can cut exotic materials and 300 series stainless more effectively than other supported shear designs. Efficient accurate cutting and inline deburring if needed make us a very cost effective solution for your tube cutting needs.
-Cold Sawing
Our cold sawing capabilities are from .1" to 6"od solids, shapes, and rounds. From mild steel to 18crcb, if it can be cut with a cold saw, odds are we have. Mitres, and compound mitres are not a problem. We have developed a unique blade stabilizing system which allows us cut larger diameter tubing with exceptional squareness and accuracy.
Wire brush deburring, chamfering, and tumble deburring are all possible.
-Shear Cutting
Solids cut to length from coil or lengths sizes to .5"OD and accuracy to +/-.005". In house die construction and maintenance allow us the power ensure the optimum production environment to keep your parts cutting cleanly and accurately.
Extrusion Cut To Length
-Non Ferrous CuttingRounds, shapes and solids .1" to 6" or more lengths to 10' with accuracy to +/- .002" are possible. Aluminum, brass, plastics and other materials. End finishing or secondary machining if needed on one of our 3 brother CNC Drill and Tap machines.
